In order to adapt to different working occasions and enable them to play more special functions, based on the basic type of intelligent solid-state relay, we have developed a series of products with thermal protection functions and low-priced models and more. The following are introduced separately.

5. The intelligent solid-state relay has good anti-electromagnetic interference function (EMC), which is of great significance for some specific equipment in industry and military industry. 2. (Thermal protection function) Intelligent solid-state relay:
(Thermal protection function) In addition to the above characteristics of intelligent solid-state relays, intelligent solid-state relays also have the following functions.
1. (Thermal protection function) Intelligent solid-state relays have the ability to automatically sense the external environment and the working status of the equipment. When the control load changes, such as leakage of the load that increases the working current, a local short circuit, or changes in the heat dissipation conditions, the temperature of the intelligent solid-state relay body rises rapidly and overheats. Generally, 80% of the failure forms of solid-state relays are overheating damage, and the intelligent solid-state relay has the temperature control of the intelligent micro-power control chip inside the device to automatically reduce the conduction current of the power device. If the temperature of the intelligent micro-power control chip inside the device continues to rise, it will automatically shut down the main current of the entire working system, achieving the function of automatic intelligent fault identification. An additional protection measure for the control load can also ensure that the fault does not expand until the fault is eliminated. At the same time, it also protects the power device itself from being damaged by thermal breakdown.
2. This device also has an automatic thermal balance function. With this automatic thermal balance function, the intelligent solid-state relay will reasonably design a radiator suitable for the working environment. It is more cost-effective, energy-saving, reliable and has a longer service life than the general power control solution. It is small in size and has a long service life.
3. The working principle of this device is also very different from that of ordinary solid-state relays. It adopts an advanced soft-start working mode. It has strong resistance to current shock, especially in some composite load conditions, it can work reliably, such as capacitive load.
4. This device has two modes of automatic balancing function: temperature cycle mode and power cycle mode. In temperature cycle mode, it means that the power semiconductor device has a relatively slow temperature change process on the surface of the device shell from the start to the end of the work. In power cycle mode, the junction temperature of the chip in the device changes frequently, and each drastic change in junction temperature is closely related to the power change. This will lead to one of the factors that must be considered for over-temperature failure and damage of power semiconductor devices. It is necessary to measure the junction temperature at the closest distance to the chip and protect it. Limited to a certain range. We use DBC packaging technology, which can have 20% more heat capacity than conventional plastic-sealed devices. This is very beneficial, which also increases the power density of the device in disguise.
5. This device is suitable for resistive or capacitive load working state, and is not recommended for inductive load.
3. (Enhanced) Intelligent Solid-State Relay:
In response to the special requirements of some low-cost equipment (products), we have launched an enhanced solid-state relay (plastic housing) with small size and high performance-price ratio. It is an upgraded product of the ordinary solid-state relay currently sold in the market. The installation position remains unchanged and can be directly replaced.
